Matthew Boslego, a Tostan regional volunteer, developed an idea that will ensure the women in Tostan’s Solar Power! Project in Guinea-Bissau have access to the solar power resources they need. With the support of Tostan facilitators and local supervisors, he compiled a solar panel catalog which will help these engineers overcome linguistic roadblocks and limited access to electrical supplies for their communities.
