Former Tostan CEP participants in Saam Njaay 
“‘Life-changing’ is among the terms I’ve used to describe this trip,” says Philippine Daily Inquirer journalist Rina Jimenez-David after her visit to Keur Simbara and Saam Njaay, Senegal, two of the first communities to complete Tostan’s Community Empowerment Program (CEP).
