As part of its post-COVID economic resilience efforts, Tostan Senegal and its partner Mastercard Foundation continue to support their partner communities thanks to the distribution of Enhanced Development Support Funds, funded since August 2021.
February being the end of the first cycle, Tostan organized fund collection sessions to better assess the impact of the funds in the 85 targeted villages. During these 5 days of brainstorming, a system for setting up collective projects was also widely discussed and subsequently generated important project ideas. The presence of our supervisors and facilitators in the communities will facilitate the completion of these projects.
