Tostan Mali launched local consultations on Tostan’s 2030 Strategic Engagement Plan in Bamako.
Aminata Dembélé, in charge of cleaning and cooking at Tostan’s national office in Bamako testifies:
“My participation in this consultation gives me the feeling of belonging to a team in which everyone is important. Since 2014 I have been working at Tostan, this is the first time that I feel so important. This is probably a day that will mark my existence forever. Participating in this 2023-2030 strategic retreat for my organization brought a sense of pride, hope, and most of all honor knowing that my ideas will be considered along with so many others in shaping Tostan’s strategy for 2030. I invite all Tostan support staff wherever they are to become more involved in defining our shared vision.”
