In his three months in logistics, Pape Samba has become adept at navigating complex operational challenges. Whether coordinating supplies for rural trainings or troubleshooting broken equipment, he applies a meticulous, hands-on approach learned from years of practical experience. “It’s about anticipating issues before they arise and collaborating with everyone involved,” he notes.
Despite the technical nature of his work, Pape Samba emphasizes the relational side of operations. “Respect for colleagues, supervisors, and processes is key. Without collaboration, no system functions efficiently,” he says. From monitoring maintenance routines to managing daily logistics, he integrates operational efficiency with human sensitivity, ensuring both programs and people run smoothly.
