Three key factors for success and development.
Tostan is an international NGO that does not exclude any age group in the execution of its program, the CEP (Community Empowerment Program). Therefore, the NGO in close collaboration with the association Consortium Jeunesse Sénégal (CJS), celebrated an internal ceremony to launch the Tostan Youth Hub on Wednesday, March 2 at Tostan International in Dakar.
This is a space that is used by Consortium Jeunesse Sénégal to allow young leaders and social entrepreneurs to learn, connect with each other and develop their projects and ideas. This space is thus dedicated to all young men and women, leaders and entrepreneurs who want to benefit from a place that will allow their teams and projects to grow.
Testimonies, innovative projects and community development ideas have been developed during this ceremony in the presence of the CJS’, Tostan’s and Kitambaa’s teams. In this framework, Tostan’s CEO Elena Bonometti and Consortium Jeunesse Senegal’s Director Sobel Aziz Ngom signed the partnership agreement.
Tostan and Consortium Jeunesse Sénégal, in close collaboration, brainstormed on the name of the youth center, gathering Tostan’s and CJS’ teams in symbiosis, in a family atmosphere in favor of community-led-development through entrepreneurship.
