As part of the When She Leads Everyone Succeeds Project, 4 project managers, 18 supervisors, 1 coordinator, and 1 social mediator were trained in the three sessions of the Community Engagement Meetings from June 13 to 14, 2022 in Tambacounda, Senegal.
The training sessions focused on the right to be protected from all forms of violence, the involvement of women and youth in decision making, and reproductive health.
The objective of this meeting is to strengthen them so that they can replicate the knowledge with facilitators who will share this knowledge with men and boys in the 30 selected communities. Simulations were also conducted to allow them to take ownership of the practice and reinforce their understanding of the sessions.
