Tostan is recruiting an Occupational Health Physician to strengthen the well-being, health, and safety of its staff in Richard-Toll.
As part of its well-being agenda, Tostan is establishing a functional medical service to ensure optimal healthcare for its teams, in full compliance with applicable legislation.
📍 Location: Richard-Toll
📄 Contract type: Service contract – one year, renewable
⏰ Availability: 2 to 3 days per week (4 hours per week

Main responsibilities:
- Organization of medical examinations (pre-employment, annual, and return-to-work)
- Provision of medical consultations for staff
- Support to the Occupational Health and Safety Committee
- Prevention of occupational and health risks
- Health and well-being awareness for staff
- Support in managing health-related and emergency situations
Required qualities:
- Doctor licensed to practice in Senegal
- Registered with the National Medical Council
- Previous experience in a corporate or NGO setting is an asset
- Residence in Richard-Toll is an advantage
- Strategic thinker
