Accounting Officer
Main responsibilities:
- Bachelor's degree (minimum) in Finance and Accounting or a related field.
- At least five (05) years of practical experience in accounting and finance and three (03) years of experience in a similar position, preferably in an NGO.
- Mastery of Accounting Principles and Financial Reporting
- Organizational Financial Management and Planning
- Financial Tools, Systems, and Data Management
- Financial Analysis, Compliance, and Risk Management
Required qualities:
- Fluent in French (spoken and written). A good level of English would be an asset.
- Professional Qualities and Cross-Cutting Skills

Tostan is seeking a Finance / Accounting Professional to support financial management and strengthen accountability processes within its programs in Mali.
If you hold a Bachelor’s degree (BAC+3/4) in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, and have at least five (05) years of professional experience, including three (03) years in a similar position — ideally within an NGO — we encourage you to apply.
