Vous êtes passionné(e) de communication digitale et vous souhaitez mettre vos compétences au service d’une mission qui a du sens ? Rejoignez notre équipe à Thiès !
🎯 Vos missions
✅ Animer nos réseaux sociaux avec du contenu créatif et engageant
✅ Suivre les indicateurs de performance digitale
✅ Contribuer à notre campagne de plaidoyer phare
✅ Soutenir l’organisation d’événements, ateliers et webinaires
✅ Documenter et raconter les histoires d’impact de nos communautés🎓 Profil recherché
- Bac+3/5 en Communication, Marketing Digital ou Journalisme
- Excellentes capacités rédactionnelles en français et en anglais
- Maîtrise de Canva et de la Suite Adobe
- Passion pour la mission de Tostan : autonomisation des communautés africaines et transformation sociale positive
🌍 Un atout supplémentaire : la maîtrise du wolof ou du portugais
📍 Localisation : Thiès, Sénégal
📅 Prise de poste : 1er août 2026
- Gestion des réseaux sociaux (60%) : animation quotidienne, suivi des metrics d'engagement, veille digitale, rédaction/traduction de contenus (blog, newsletters, réseaux sociaux), collecte de récits d'impact (storytelling)
- Appui à la campagne de plaidoyer et à l'événementiel : soutien logistique pour événements/ateliers/webinaires, documentation (photos, notes, rapports post-événement), coordination de la communication interne, soutien administratif à l'équipe
